About the project
SPA landing page built for MedSeg Consultoria, a Brazilian occupational health firm. The contact form submits leads directly to an Odoo CRM panel, where the sales team manages and qualifies prospects. The site also features a Tawk.to chatbot configured to automatically push conversation sessions to the same Odoo CRM at the end of each chat, consolidating all lead sources into a single pipeline.
Challenges
Connecting two independent lead sources (web form and chatbot) into a unified CRM pipeline without a custom backend, relying on Odoo and Tawk.to native integrations and webhooks.
